Job Description

USFCR Professional Services. We're searching for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to be our Sales Administrative Coordinator. As a member of the sales team, the Sales Administrative Coordinator will support the Sales Manager and the Sales Department by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and acting as a liaison between sales and other departments. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide administrative support to the sales team, and sales manager. Assisting the sales manager with scheduling meetings, appointments and various training activities. Assist the sales manager and the sales team with customer accounts, proposals, billing inquiries and other administrative tasks. Assist in tracking of daily, weekly and monthly revenue. Help oversee the performance of sales. Assisting sales manager with correspondence between sales team and other departments. Track sales and customer service patterns. Notify sales manager of concerns or improvements. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly or direct them to an appropriate team member. Handle general office duties and similar tasks as needed. Assist in renewals and recover expired accounts as needed. Assign sales leads to sales staff daily. To excel as the Sales Administrative Coordinator, you'll need a blend of skills, experiences, and personal qualities. Here's a list of qualifications sought after for this role: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (2+ years preferred). Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required About
