We are seeking a highly organized and motivated HR / Recruiting & Vendor Coordinator to support our continued growth. This position combines recruiting, human resources support, subcontractor sourcing, vendor relations, and pricing analysis. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners. Compensation $20.00 per hour Full-Time Position Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off Company-Supported Professional Development Responsibilities Recruiting & Human Resources Source, recruit, and onboard employees for office, sales, production, and field positions. Manage job postings through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, social media, and other recruiting platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process. Maintain applicant tracking and employee records. Assist management with workforce planning and staffing needs. Subcontractor & Vendor Development Identify and recruit qualified subcontractors for construction and remodeling projects. Source new vendors and suppliers for materials and services. Verify licenses, insurance certificates, and qualifications. Obtain and compare pricing proposals from vendors and subcontractors. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and suppliers. Assist management in negotiating favorable pricing and service agreements. Administrative Support Maintain organized databases of vendors, subcontractors, and applicants. Track pricing, proposals, contracts, and vendor documentation. Support management with special projects and operational initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, vendor management, or procurement preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience in construction, home improvement, or related industries is highly desirable.
