Job Description
General Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This is the second position within the HR team and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files. Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and answering employee questions. Respond to internal HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to employees. Help plan and execute employee engagement events and initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. Perform other administrative and HR support tasks as needed.Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role (HR experience strongly preferred). Familiarity with basic HR principles and employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Source:
