We are a fast-growing company with both corporate and franchise locations expanding across the U.S. As a Franchisee Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new franchisees into our systems, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support to both new and existing franchisees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that franchisees have all the necessary tools, information, and support they need to succeed in their business.Responsibilities:
1.New Franchisee Onboarding:
Act as the main point of contact for new franchisees during the onboarding process. Assist new franchisees in setting up their accounts and profiles on our portal. Guide them through the step-by-step process of getting started with our systems. Address any questions or concerns that new franchisees may have during the onboarding phase. Facilitate a smooth week to week progression of checklist completion times Ensure franchises open in a timely manner via efficient onboarding Assist franchisees in accessing and navigating our portal, ensuring they have the necessary access and permissions. 2.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of franchisee onboarding activities, including documentation, correspondence, and progress tracking in Monday.com. Generate reports on franchisee onboarding status and identify any areas for improvement. Collaborate with the management team to develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources for franchisees. 3. Franchisee Relationship Management Foster positive relationships with franchisees, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. Act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback from franchisees with relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Herway brand, business model, and operations to confidently support franchisees Represent the Herway brand and embody our mission to help women feel empowered, educated, and in control of their health.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Display an upbeat and empowering attitude week to week Embody a role as "Coordinator of First Impressions" Previous experience in franchisee onboarding, customer support, or a similar role is highly desirable. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with franchisees and collaborate with internal teams. Proficient in using computer systems, portals, and software applications. Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetSalary And Benefits:
