What You'll Do Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers. Help bring new hires on board with a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements. Maintain employee records and keep everything organized and compliant. Track certifications and licenses for our field technicians Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes. Assist with safety records, OSHA logs, and workers compensation Support recognition programs, team events, and engagement efforts. Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture. Education & Experience 1 to 3 years of administrative or HR experience. Bachelor's degree in human resource or business preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with both office staff and field techniciansWANT COMPETITIVE PAY AND GREAT BENEFITS?
