Job Description
Naylas Studio is looking for a motivated and coachable Lash Artist who is ready to grow professionally, develop her skills, and begin building a strong fundation. Extensive experience is not required. The ideal candidate must have basic lash training, but a strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to accept feedback and apply it. Responsibilities Provide quality lash services to new and existing clients Assist with overflow appointments Complete services within a reasonable timeframe Maintain a clean and professional workstation Deliver an excellent client experience Follow Naylas Studio's standards, policies, and work ethic Naylas will provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to help the selected artist improve her technique and develop her career.
