Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level HR Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources and office administration. No extensive experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This position will start at approximately 30 hours per week during training, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as training is completed.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties:
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing mail Keep the front office clean and organized
HR Support:
Assist with new hire onboarding and paperwork Help maintain employee files and records Support timekeeping and basic administrative tasks Assist with scheduling interviews and orientations
Office Support:
Order office supplies and keep inventory stocked Assist with general office tasks and organization Support management with day-to-day administrative needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and people skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar) Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to handle confidential information professionally Compensation Starting pay is $17 to $19 per hour based on experience Opportunity for pay increase after 90 days based on performance What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunity to grow into HR or office management roles Supportive team environment Stable position with potential for full-time hours
