$27.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Team! Space Coast Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and is passionate about supporting employees, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily Human Resources operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, benefits administration, resignations, and terminations. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, including I-9 documentation, personnel files, workers' compensation claims, disability claims, and FMLA administration. Ensure compliance with Department of Health and other applicable regulatory requirements. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Assist with employee relations by responding to staff concerns professionally and confidentially. Support employee engagement, morale initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. Assist with HR audits and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required. Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare preferred. Union experience strongly preferred. Experience with I-9 processing, workers' compensation, FMLA, disability claims, and employee onboarding. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
