Microsoft Outlook Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant for Human Resources is responsible for performing HR - related duties on a professional level and will work closely with the Human Resources Department. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, onboarding, policy implementation, benefits, employee relations, and employee law compliance.
Performance Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR department. Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries. Assist with the recruiting. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. Proficient with Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills. High level of discretion with confidential material.
