Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk / HR Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients while supporting essential human resources functions. Duties Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and clarity Support talent acquisition efforts through scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday Assist with onboarding processes including employee orientation sessions and new hire documentation Maintain accurate records of employee data using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro Support benefits administration activities such as enrollment updates and benefits inquiries Coordinate employee relations initiatives, conflict management processes, and performance management documentation Assist with project management tasks related to HR initiatives like change management, succession planning, or affirmative action planning Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with human resources management systems (HRIS) such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing strategies Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Experience with data entry, record keeping, and document management tools such as Salesforce or Taleo Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes including interviewing techniques and employee evaluation methods Knowledge of benefits administration programs and workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce Join us in creating an engaging workplace where every detail counts!
