JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for developing and leading non-instructional career pathways across the district, with a strong emphasis on workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and trade industry initiatives. This role involves designing and managing innovative programs, applying strategic systems thinking, and fostering sustainable career pipelines. The individual will collaborate closely with non-instructional departments and cultivate community partnerships to enhance support services and facilitate job placement opportunities.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field that aligns with area of assignment Training or experience in administration of instructional, instructional support programs, or experience that aligns with area of assignment Three years' related professional experience in the area of assignment OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
