As a Human Resources Administrator, you'll play a visible and trusted role in supporting the full recruitment and employee administration lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 230 employees. The Human Resources Administrator will be a key partner to hiring managers, helping manage a steady volume of open positions while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance. This role is ideal for a Human Resources Administrator who enjoys organization, people interaction, and being at the center of hiring and HR operations within a mission‑driven organization. Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator Support recruitment activities by pulling applications, screening candidates, coordinating phone screens, and scheduling interviews as the Human Resources Administrator Manage job postings through Clear Company, Indeed, and related platforms, distributing applications and gathering hiring manager feedback as the Human Resources Administrator Perform HR data entry, including I‑9 verification, benefits eligibility tracking, anniversary and review date tracking, and employee record maintenance as the Human Resources Administrator Serve as a point of contact for applicants and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information as the Human Resources Administrator Support ongoing HR operations while managing 15–20 open positions at any given time as the Human Resources Administrator Qualifications for the Human Resources Administrator 2+ years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related administrative roles Basic Microsoft Excel skills with strong data entry accuracy EB-3926592400Similar remote jobs
