This position plays a key role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), nurses, and therapists, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings and actively recruit Home Health Aides (HHAs), nurses, and therapy staff Screen applicants and coordinate interviews Answer incoming phone calls and assist applicants, employees, and general inquiries in a professional manner Guide candidates through the full application and hiring process Conduct and verify Level 2 background screenings Verify OIG exclusion checks and E-Verify employment eligibility Ensure all required documentation is completed and compliant prior to hire Upload and maintain employee records in the EMR system Keep staff files accurate, organized, and up to date Coordinate onboarding and ensure all credentials are valid and current Collaborate closely with the Staffing Coordinator to support coverage needs Provide professional communication and support to applicants and staff Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive organizational culture.Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources or healthcare recruiting (home health preferred) Knowledge of Level 2 background screening, OIG checks, and E-Verify Strong organizational and multitasking skills Computer savvy (experience with EMR systems is a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness Bilingual preferredPay:
