Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR Assistant to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will be the vital link that supports our diverse workforce by managing a wide array of HR functions in both English and Spanish. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive employee experience, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Duties Assist in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels and supporting interview processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, iCIMS, or Workday. Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires smoothly and efficiently. Support performance management and employee evaluation processes by gathering data and coordinating review schedules. Handle confidential information with integrity while supporting employee relations, conflict management, and legal compliance in employment law. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with familiarity in employment & labor law and HR legal compliance. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills essential for effective interaction across diverse teams. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing, recruiting techniques, and talent acquisition strategies. Proficiency in Paylocity Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), and personnel administration is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence. Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Paylocity is preferred.
