Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting and Training Coordinator to drive talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, instructional design, and training delivery. In this role, you will oversee recruitment processes, develop comprehensive training programs, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing education for staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a skilled, engaged workforce aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates through HR sourcing tools, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions. Coordinate new employee orientation sessions to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that promote organizational culture and compliance. Conduct regular employee evaluations and performance management activities to support career development, succession planning, and talent retention strategies. Collect data on training outcomes and recruitment metrics through research and data collection methods to inform continuous improvement efforts. Proficiency with learning technology tools Strong knowledge of talent management practices including succession planning, performance management, and employee evaluation. Excellent communication skills for public speaking, training delivery, mentoring, and presenting complex concepts clearly. Familiarity with HR functions such as employee orientation, HR sourcing strategies, conflict management, and employee relations. Ability to adapt quickly to change management initiatives while fostering a positive learning environment through effective teaching techniques.
