- Provide comprehensive human resources support to the IT organization and its employees.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, workforce planning, job analysis, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and training programs.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, personnel matters, disciplinary actions, and organizational concerns.
- Assist with employee grievances, workplace investigations, labor relations, and labor contract administration.
- Support Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance initiatives.
- Help develop, review, and communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and organizational updates.
- Create and maintain employee newsletters and other internal communications.
- Build effective working relationships with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Possess excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive matters professionally, and work independently.
