Full Job Description Coordinator Human Resources Family Church Network Position Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting Human Resources for the Family Church Network, including Palm Beach Academy.
Reports To:
Director Human Resources Prerequisites Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church. Affirm the Family Church Network statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, expert on Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Preferred experience with Human Resource information systems, ADP preferred. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including ADA and FMLA preferred. Maturity and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities Support benefits in the HR Information System. Assist in benefit vendor billing. Support employee leaves of absence. Support annual benefits open enrollment program. Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new church and school employees. Maintain and audit Human Resources data. Support payroll practices, including earnings, deductions, and taxes. Support time and attendance plans. Assist in managing performance management programs. Create reports and analyses with Human Resources data.
