We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, training, performance management, and HR compliance. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate employee training and maintain training records. Provide HR support regarding benefits, leave, compensation, and policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS records. Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews. Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements. Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting. Ensure employee records meet The Joint Commission requirements. Support compliance with employment laws and company policies. Address employee questions and concerns professionally. Perform general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications Previous HR or administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
