Recruiting Coordinator

About Us We are a growing Boat & RV dealership focused on building a strong team, great culture, and high-performance operation. As we continue to expand, we're looking for someone to help us attract, hire, and support great people across the organization. The Role This role will support both recruiting and general HR functions . You'll help source candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with hiring efforts, and handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and wants to grow in recruiting and HR. What You'll Do Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms Source and screen candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews Assist with conducting initial interviews and candidate evaluations Maintain applicant tracking and hiring pipelines Support onboarding and new hire processes Assist with general HR administrative tasks and documentation Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates at once Professional, dependable, and proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, ATS/CRM systems) Bonus Points (Not Required) Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles Experience with hiring for sales or service-based positions Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Why Join Us Opportunity to grow in recruiting and HR Work directly with leadership Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Competitive pay based on experience Bottom Line If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping build a strong team—we'd love to talk.
