Atlanta,GA Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler/Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment and hiring processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our talent acquisition team with scheduling, communication, and logistical coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones. Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive interview experience. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records and interview feedback. Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media channels. Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms as needed. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and coordination. Help prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation. Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline health. Support recruitment-related projects and events, such as career fairs and employer branding efforts.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordination/administrative role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. Ability to handle confidential information with discretionJob Type:
