Processes requisitions to fill vacancies, posts job vacancies, coordinate and maintains relationships with recruiting agencies, monitors open posting activity and processes applications. May act as an advisor regarding HR policies and programs.

Job Description
Expertise and Functions Handle confidential employee and company information Communicate with leadership, as well as employees and outside vendors Balance needs of both company and employees Gain and maintain knowledge with state and federal employment regulations Maintain HRIS records Administer onboarding of new employees, to include internal communications, paperwork preparation and completion, online data submissions, orientation, connectivity, drug tests, and badge issuance Coordinate with manager and security during onboarding, notify appropriate departments, meet with employee, etc. Administer employee recognition program Order necessary supplies for new hires and quarterly awards Track and maintain invoices and a spreadsheet of monthly charges against department credit card Assist with charitable program administration Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Education/Training (both required and desired): High School diploma required Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant focus area preferred
