Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant with hands-on experience using UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos to support their HRIS migration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with HR systems, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR team across a wide range of human resources functions. Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Process employee onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and other HR transactions within UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos. Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation. Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce data using HR systems and Excel. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and system access. Support compliance efforts by ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and employment regulations. Coordinate interviews, background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation logistics as needed. Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to improve administrative processes and system efficiency.
Requirements Qualifications:
2+ years of HR administrative, HR assistant, HR coordinator, or HR associate experience. Prior hands-on experience with UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos is required. Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation. Experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, benefits, or employee data management preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Strong communication and customer service skills. High school diploma required; additional education is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with onboarding workflows, employee self-service tools, and timekeeping systems.
