Job Description

Leave Administrator We are looking for a dedicated Leave Administration specialist to assist our Human Resources department on a part-time basis, requiring roughly 20 hours of work each week. Your total compensation will be determined by your professional background.
Role Highlights:

Friday Core Duties:
Act as the main point of contact for staff members seeking guidance or information regarding leave inquiries. Oversee the full lifecycle of various leave types, such as FMLA, ADA, parental and disability requests, as well as company-specific and state-mandated programs. Collaborate with the HR team to help ensure that all leave processes remain consistent with internal attendance standards and legal requirements. Generate and oversee reports to help the organization identify leave patterns, usage rates, and potential areas of concern. Maintain precise documentation and system integrity by managing leave data within the Workday and Kronos platforms.
Required Skills and Experience:
Half a decade of prior experience in Human Resources or focused Leave Administration. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Polished and professional telephone manner. High level of competency using Microsoft Office software, with a focus on Excel. Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
