Job Description
The Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator/Office Manager plays a vital role within our organization. The Payroll, HR, and Office Management position involves overseeing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing day-to-day office operations. The role requires frequent interaction with senior management and proficiency in payroll and HR software such as TriNet/Zenefits to ensure accurate and compliant workforce administration. Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing using TriNet/Zenefits
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and documentation
- Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate tracking and coordination
- Oversee daily office management and vendor coordination
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Prepare and deliver reports related to payroll, HR metrics, and office operations
- Facilitate effective employee communication across teams Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
