Pay Rate:

$27.38 per hour PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to find a detail-oriented Tech Data Associate who thrives onanization, data accuracy, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll help keep critical engineering data, reports, and workflowsanized and on track. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will support informed decision-making, improvemunication, and help engineering teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Manage and review the Request for Services (RFS) database and facilitate daily review meetings with Group Heads and Management. Maintain weekly dashboards tracking ECMs, GBMS, Model Reviews, Document Release, and MRB metrics. Analyze Power BI dashboard trends and rmend opportunities for improvement. Develop and update manuals, procedures, training materials, and technical documentation. Track job status through established workflows and support Procurement Collaboration initiatives. Prepare Condition 3 document changes and assist with Engineering Standards document conversions. Perform data entry and maintenance within Materials & Process Engineering Point environments. Coordinate daily with Group Heads, PDTs, and Management to supportmunication and operational effectiveness. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration supporting data management initiatives. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to create advanced reports and professional documentation. Stronganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, including presenting information in group settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision. Ability to work in an office environment, primarily seated, with occasional lifting of 10-15 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project planning software. Familiarity with Point. Pay Details:

$27.38 per hour
