Job Description
Responsibilities 1. Support daily employee relations tasks, including responding to inquiries, preparing documentation, recording meeting notes, and assisting with follow-ups. 2. Collect and verify attendance and timekeeping data, track exceptions, and coordinate overtime and leave records. 3. Assist with onboarding, employee data entry, contract preparation, probation tracking, and offboarding administrative tasks. 4. Support performance management activities, including timeline reminders, document collection, and system updates. 5. Assist with compensation and benefits operations, including monthly attendance reports, benefit lists, and basic data verification. 6. Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, and cultural activities within the organization. 7. Assist with basic HR data management and reports to support HRBP and management decision-making. 8. Perform other administrative and support tasks assigned by HRBP or HR leadership. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. 2. 0-2 years of HR experience; internship experience is a plus. 3. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems is a plus. 5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic understanding of labor and employment regulations preferred.
