Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) implementation Compliance with security regulations Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Full Job Description MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Security Administrator to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conducts security assessments and provides security consulting and training to organizations. Draft security briefings and prepare personnel security documentation for review. Maintain clearance databases and assist in the preparation of security artifacts for senior review. Supports the personnel security needs for the theaterwide mission. Prepare routine clearance Status Reports and assist in the in-processing of staff for logistics operations. Coordinate with Mission Partners to ensure all personnel meet the specific access requirements for sensitive operational sites. Serve as Security Escorts, as needed, in accordance with governing procedures. Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Demonstrated ability to draft personnel security documentation and follow established standard operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline or a related field. Foundational security training (e.g., PS101) and proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active
Secret Clearance Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
