In this vital role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment and contribute to our company's continued growth. Duties Data Entry with onboarding and offboarding of team members throughout the organization. Misc. HR administrative duties. General Office support. Requirements Proven experience in human resources or HR department support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis skills preferred), HR systems (such as ADP) Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities effectively Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, training & development initiatives, and workforce management strategies Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities within a dynamic environment Join us at Windstar Lines as we continue to grow our team!
