Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Expert to oversee our organization's HR functions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing employee relations, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive workplace environment. Duties Lead talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels and managing applicant tracking systems, scheduling and conducting interviews with other management staff, and complete pre-hire and other onboarding tasks to ensure employee success. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Support performance management initiatives by organizing employee evaluations and tracking progress. Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate records using payroll systems (ADP). Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting effective communication across teams. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Lead HR data collection, reporting, and analysis to support strategic workforce planning and organizational design efforts. Oversee payroll functions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
certification strongly preferred. Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR functions. Strong knowledge of human capital management principles, employment law, and labor regulations. Experience with talent acquisition strategies, social media management for recruiting, and applicant sourcing techniques. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of benefits administration, workers' compensation procedures, and contract management. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
