Job Description

1st Shift Human Resources Staffing Assistant in West Des Moines, IA!
Pay:
$16-17/hr
Hours:
8:00am - 5:00pm,
Monday-Friday HR Assistant Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointment setting Conduct prescreens and interviews to qualify applicants for employment Assist with employee new hire paperwork, screenings, and orientations as needed Complete weekly payroll data entry tasks, including reviewing and resolving errors Maintain filing room on a weekly basis and complete EOY filing Assist with unemployment claims Administrative duties as assigned

Strong Microsoft office skills required Ability to maintain office organizational processes Ability to multi-task Must have proven job longevity Apply now for
