Adecco Boise,ID Description:
HR Service Center Representative Adecco is hiring an HR Service Center Representative in Boise, Idaho. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners who need assistance with human resources and payroll-related questions. The ideal candidate has previous HR generalist or employee service center experience, strong customer service skills, and experience using HR information and case management systems.

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Full-time, Monday through
Friday Hours:
Flexible eight-hour schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

As soon as possible Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries received by telephone, email, or an HR case management system Research employee questions and provide accurate information and solutions Enter and update employee information in HR technology systems Clarify customer concerns and determine the appropriate resolution Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate HR, payroll, or business unit team Maintain professionalism while handling confidential employee information Complete administrative, transactional, data entry, and audit-related assignments Cross-train with other HR teams to assist with changing workloads Provide additional support during seasonal hiring, annual benefits enrollment, and other high-volume periods Document inquiries and resolutions accurately within the case management system Qualifications At least one year of HR generalist, HR operations, or employee service center experience Experience answering or researching HR and payroll-related questions Strong customer service and communication skills Accurate and efficient data entry skills Ability to research questions and escalate issues when necessary Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee information Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple employee inquiries and priorities Systems Experience Experience using the following types of systems is required: HR information systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, or a comparable platform HR case management or ticketing systems such as BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Workday Help, or a comparable system Experience working in a shared services or centralized employee service center is helpful but not required. Pay Details:
