What You Can Expect:

Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders by responding to on-boarding-related questions and escalating complex issues when necessary. Deliver timely, high-quality customer service while educating new hires. Partner with internal HR teams to coordinate and streamline on-boarding logistics, documentation, and communication. Process employee on-boarding information accurately in HR systems and ensure appropriate electronic and written documentation is maintained. Supports the enhancement of the on-boarding experience or improving operational workflows. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards by applying sound judgment and attention to detail. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in all interactions.
