Pend Oreille Shores Resort - Hope, Idaho Part-Time | 15-20 Hours per Week $20-$30 per Hour, Depending on Experience Pend Oreille Shores Resort is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support our accounting, payroll, human resources, and general office operations. Working directly with the Administrative Controller, this position will take ownership of recurring bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities including accounts payable, payroll support, deposits, recordkeeping, filing, and general office administration. This role requires more than accurate data entry. We're looking for someone who pays attention to the information behind the numbers—someone who can recognize discrepancies, research routine issues, anticipate upcoming responsibilities, and follow tasks through to completion. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be resourceful, organized, willing to learn, and committed to getting it right. Why Join Our Team? Physical Requirements:

Able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds of weight and able to push and able to pull up to 150 pounds if needed
