Recruiting Coordinator

Our family owned and operated office, located in Arlington Heights, IL, has an opening for a talented Recruiting Coordinator who likes to think "outside the box".

Responsibilities:

Source & phone screen top talent Schedule interviews for Talent & Department Managers Contact candidates to remind them of their interviews Manage Recruitment Calendar using Outlook Follow up with candidates after their interviews Work closely with management team on hiring needs for various departments Guide candidates through a 5 star experience Organize paperwork & update simple spreadsheets Develop creative recruitment projects Other projects as needed

Requirements:

1- 2 years of Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition Experience Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be organized & ability to multitask Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems. Be an excellent judge of character. Be motivated and results driven. Be able to act quickly and decisively. Have good computer skills & knowledge of Outlook.
