Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with HR experience to join our team. This vital role combines administrative expertise with the ability to assist with human resources functions, supporting our organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a proactive approach to managing HR-related tasks. Duties Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruiting processes, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Assist the Sales Department when needed, client calling to secure attendance at company sponsored events. Answer calls and route to the proper person. Perform a variety of Administrative tasks as assigned. Skills Extensive experience in administrative support combined with HR functions such as data collection, data entry, and document management Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and external partners Excellent time management skills Pleasant, professional phone etiquette. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
