About the Position We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to a busy Payroll and HR team. This position will assist with onboarding and maintaining records for a large seasonal workforce of approximately 800 employees. Responsibilities Enter new employees into HR and payroll systems. Collect and review I-9 documentation and employee onboarding paperwork. Verify that all required information and documentation is complete. Collect and enter direct deposit information into multiple systems. Open, scan, and file incoming mail and documentation. Serve as an administrative point of contact for approximately 30 locations. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Payroll/HR team. Qualifications Previous administrative, HR, payroll, or data-entry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic Excel skills required, including #HR/ADMIN9
