HR Assistant East Peoria, IL 1st Shift $21/hour Responsibilities or job duties: Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR systems. Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes. Support recruiting, onboarding, drug screenings, and temporary staffing. Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and attendance tracking. Coordinate employee training and compliance requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data. Support employee communications, recognition programs, and company events. Assist with HR projects, front desk coverage, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

HS diploma/GED Highly detail-oriented and organized A quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities Experienced in administrative or office support Comfortable working closely with HR and recruiting activities
