Work Environment This role requires 20 hours of work per week, onsite, ideally 5 hours from Monday to Thursday. Working hours are flexible between 8 am and 5 pm. The office environment is welcoming and offers potential for extension. Responsibilities Manage the temp conversion process from end to end, including creating jobs in Paycom, sending job links to candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers. Present verbal offers to candidates and send offer letters via Paycom. Conduct background checks and drug tests for candidates. Organize candidates in the ATS, build candidate lists, conduct LinkedIn outreach, and send qualified prospects. Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars, sending confirmations and materials to interview panels. Track new hire paperwork and follow up with buddy processes, explaining and answering any questions. Create offers in Paycom and manage candidate status updates and dispositions. Essential Skills Recent 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator is preferred.
Minimum edu:
HS Diploma or GED. Proficiency in Paycom or similar ATS systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently. Professional and responsive communication style. Experience in interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting support experience is preferred. Experience with manufacturing or high-volume recruiting support is preferred. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through. Process-oriented with experience in creating checklists, SOPs, or improving recruiting processes. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale Heights, IL.
