This role is essential in supporting the HR department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating employee records, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records in the HR database accurately. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings and coordinating interviews. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and reports. Coordinate employee orientations and training sessions. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with organizing employee events and engagement activities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
