Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing leader within the environmental services industry, to identify a Talent Acquisition Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruiting operations and onboarding initiatives across the organization. This individual will oversee post-offer processes, manage compliance documentation, coordinate pre-employment screenings, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys managing high-volume administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding activities and hiring documentation for new employees across the organization Process and verify employment eligibility documentation and compliance paperwork Manage background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record (MVR) requests through third-party vendors Support recruitment operations from offer acceptance through employee onboarding completion Maintain accurate records and update hiring information within ATS and HR systems Track hiring progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner Partner closely with recruiters, HR Coordinators, and operations teams to ensure a positive hiring experience Assist with reporting, hiring metrics, and recruitment data analysis for leadership teams Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and recruiting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy Ensure hiring practices remain compliant with company policies and employment regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, or talent acquisition functions Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes preferred Experience supporting compliance-heavy or DOT-related documentation highly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage repetitive processes while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
