Description:
Objectives:
To ensure the Credit and Human Resources departments support tasks such as filing, purging, record updating and communication data is completed accurately and in a timely.
Responsibilities:
% of Time Credit Related Functions 40%
  • Scanning documents
  • Assist credit administrative functions, (Assist with Credit Memos)
  • Purging files HR Support Related Functions
  • Assist with the processing of new hire paperwork, and testing.
  • Handle the set-up for new employee orientation and gathering document
  • Assist with new hire tours.
  • Oversee the creation of new and replacement badges.
  • Assist with the company's TV communication content.
  • Oversee the company's Team Builders Tuesday Program 60%
  • Create new employee files and the filing of the documents.
  • Assist with Coordinate special events for employees and the company i.e.: company parties, potlucks, and any special entertainment events.
  • Create signage for communicating HR events such as Insurance Open Enrollment meetings
  • Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate and two years of administrative experience. 2. Highly organized, with the ability to do multiple tasks.3. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills (Written and Verbal).4. Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel and Power Point)5. This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.
