Onsite Position Summary Doctor's Data, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support a variety of HR administrative and operational functions, including onboarding, timekeeping support, benefits administration, leave administration, compliance activities, employee records management, employee engagement initiatives, and employee experience support. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys organization, accuracy, customer service, and supporting employees in a professional environment. The successful candidate will possess strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to build or expand a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to a broad range of HR functions. Essential Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and recordkeeping Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support timekeeping administration, reporting, and related administrative processes Assist with benefits administration, leave administration, open enrollment, and employee communications Support audits, annual compliance activities, reporting requirements, and related documentation Respond to routine employee inquiries and provide administrative support Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up activities Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting employee events, recognition programs, engagement activities, and company initiatives Support departmental projects and operational activities Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Dependable with strong follow-through and accountability Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment, with the ability to assess situations, identify issues, evaluate risks, and recommend practical solutions Ability to learn, understand, and apply complex processes, policies, and procedures Ability to maintain accuracy while working with detailed information, deadlines, and changing priorities Professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment when interacting with employees, managers, and external contacts Adaptability and willingness to learn new responsibilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Previous administrative, office support, coordinator, customer service, HR support, payroll support, benefits administration, or related experience Experience working in a professional office environment What We're Looking For Organized and dependable Professional and trustworthy Detail-oriented and accurate Strong communicator Customer-service focused Curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented Able to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions Comfortable learning new processes and responsibilities Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Interested candidates should submit a resume for consideration.
