CUSD 303

is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Human Resources Coordinator for the 2026-27 SY. This is a full time, 12-month position.

Minimum Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in human resources, preferably in a school district or public sector environment, is preferred. The salary range will be $50,000-$70,000 based on experience. The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by administering employee programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating employment processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while providing responsive service to staff.
