The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, creative industry. You'll play a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations while gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team events, and community outreach initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-6 months of office/administrative/human resources or related experience Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
