6 Months Normal, Illinois Job Summary The HR d Services Coordinator provides frontline HR support to employees by answering questions, resolving requests, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. This role focuses on handling HR inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting key employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, HR policies, and people systems Manage employee requests from intake through resolution using HR case management tools Process basic HR transactions and maintain accurate documentation Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR partners when needed Support onboarding, job changes, and offboarding activities Meet service and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or customer support Experience using HR systems or ticketing tools (Workday, ServiceNow, iCIMS, or similar) Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests Professional judgment when handling sensitive information Nice to Have Benefits or payroll support experience Knowledge base or help-desk experience
