The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department by maintaining employee records, processing HR paperwork, assisting with recruiting activities, and supporting onboarding functions. This position serves as a backup to the HR Coordinator for orientation and onboarding activities and assists with various HR initiatives and tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and provides excellent customer service to employees and applicants.
Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous administrative, office, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational and data-entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
