Category Administrative & General Support Job Family Administrative / Secretarial Department Centralized Staffing Office Schedule Full-time Facility Health Pavilion Fishers 13050 Parkside Drive Fishers , IN 46038 United States Shift Day Job Hours Full-time day shift. 4-week rotation of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week and 1 weekend. Join our community Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity available within our Administrative Resource Team at Fishers Health Pavilion located at 8890 E. 116 th Street. Where you fit in The Staffing Assistant will be responsible for the generation, prioritization, and processing of the Resource Team and Nursing schedules. This position fills staffing needs, assigns floats, Resources Team, PRN, and agency personnel, and makes recommendations for rearranging staff based on Director input and/or computerized staffing guidelines with acuity interface. Your exceptional skills Ability to independently manage time and priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability to react to situations in a diplomatic and tactful manner Comfortable working with office equipment such as computers and photocopier Must be able to perform detailed activities and have good organizational skills Must exemplify patience in dealing with employees Must have good command of English grammar and excellent telephone skills Must show flexibility in working assigned weekends and shifts Your exceptional qualifications
High School Diploma or GED:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required (Required) 2 year /Associate Degree:
