To Be Determined Job Description PURPOSE The Intern performs a variety of routine entry to moderately difficult duties which may include fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor, performing clerical, administrative or technical duties in support of an assigned department or area, managing accounts, event handling or planning, job shadowing and learning technical skills related to the industry. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current high school student (junior or senior) or high school graduate Basic understanding of the terminology, practices, and procedures of assigned internship area. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides technical support, administrative responsibilities, or field work related to departmental operations or programs. Assists the public over the phone or at the counter and provides information on departmental policies, procedures, and programs; responds to inquiries and complaints and refers as appropriate. Data collection, compilation, tabulation, and analysis, Assists with research and coordination. Gathering, compiling, and presenting data for projects Assists with the development, implementation, revisions, and updates of programs, systems, and procedures. Provides project assistance, based on assigned department or division, by assisting with project development tasks, internal processes and standardization, data collection, and analysis. Assists in preparing, reviewing, and compiling budgets and fiscal documents. Provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to staff of assigned department.
