Leaders Staffing is actively hiring a Bilingual Staffing Assistant to support our operations team and growing client base across light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and clerical staffing. Competitive hourly pay Full benefits package including 401(k) match Career growth and advancement opportunities Established staffing agency with a strong reputation in Indiana High-energy, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact by helping people find jobs and supporting local businesses Work with multiple industries and well-known manufacturing clients Key Responsibilities Assist the operations team with recruiting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates Fill open positions with urgency to meet client staffing demands Schedule and complete daily interviews for light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and clerical positions Learn and understand client-specific hiring requirements and ensure compliance with all expectations Conduct all pre-employment processes including interviews, background checks, drug screens, I-9s, E-Verify, WOTC, and orientation Accurately enter candidate information, notes, and messages into staffing software Answer phones, assist with data entry, and maintain organized candidate documentation Support weekly payroll functions as needed Generate employee referrals and maintain candidate pipelines Collaborate with team members to achieve recruiting, fill-rate, and retention goals Share recruiting best practices and provide strong internal team support Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Fluent Spanish required (speaking, reading, and writing) Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support experience preferred Strong customer service mindset with a focus on candidate and client satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced, high-demand staffing office where urgency, responsiveness, and strong communication are critical to success.
