Full-Time Join Our Team! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for new employees? We are seeking a New Hire Liaison to join team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for newly hired employees, ensuring they have a smooth, positive, and compliant onboarding experience from offer acceptance through orientation. What You'll Do As our New Hire Liaison, you will: Welcome and guide new employees through the onboarding process. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including drug screenings, health clearances, and license or certification verification. Prepare, collect, and review employment documents for accuracy and compliance. Schedule and coordinate new employee orientation and mandatory training. Track completion of onboarding requirements, compliance training, and orientation checklists. Coordinate employee ID badges and other onboarding resources. Communicate with new hires regarding start dates, orientation schedules, and required documentation. Answer onboarding questions and connect employees with the appropriate departments when needed. Maintain confidential personnel files and onboarding records. Prepare onboarding reports and assist with HR and Business Office projects. Support regulatory compliance by ensuring employment records meet federal, state, and facility requirements. Assist during audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections involving personnel records. Work Environment Office-based position within a long-term care facility Frequent interaction with applicants, employees, department managers, and leadership Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to support orientation or hiring events Ability to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or human resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
